Pakluk's Terms & Conditions

Welcome to pakluk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pakluk ("we", "us", "the Platform") and you ("user", "member"). By registering on pakluk or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. pakluk reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify members of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Pakluk is an online gaming platform operated solely for entertainment purposes. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. By using the platform, you confirm that you are participating in gaming activities voluntarily, knowingly, and in full acceptance of all terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on pakluk. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

• A valid mobile number and email address
• Correct Date of Birth
• Valid Bangladeshi Address
• Preferred Payment Method Details

Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all of them being suspended, and any funds held may not be refunded. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.

Providing false or inaccurate information during registration gives pakluk the right to close the account without prior notice. If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.

Once a bet is confirmed on pakluk, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing your bet. For live betting, odds may change at any moment.

Betting Limits:

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten BDT)
• Maximum single bet: determined by account tier
• Maximum Payout: Up to ৳5,00,000 per bet
• Multiple bets can be combined into a single wager (accumulator)

Pakluk reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds, in which case the original stake will be refunded in full. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded unless the specific game rules state otherwise.

Pakluk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily deposit limit: ৳1,00,000

Withdrawal Limits:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Processing Time: Usually 15–30 minutes

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

Pakluk offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to meet those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General bonus usage rules:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account
• Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in account closure

Pakluk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Members affected by changes to an ongoing bonus will be notified in advance. Full bonus terms are always available on the promotions page.

• Intentional exploitation of system errors or bugs
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Coordinated Bonus Abuse

You can close your pakluk account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Pakluk may suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, evidence of underage use, or legal requirements. The member will be notified by email in the event of a suspension.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to senior management.

Pakluk reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
